@selentelechia Yes, intentionally with psychiatrist’s blessing I use Benadryl when I’m getting hypomanic because it tamps things down and helps me sleep.
@selentelechia Otoh I can’t take anything with pseudoephedrine in it because I get panic attacks from it, so like sleepy and less happy is preferable.
