@allgarbled Be proactive and offer to take bits of lower-skilled work as they arise- sometimes it feels awkward to delegate and the social overhead makes it not worth the hassle, but if you make it easier she’ll delegate more.
@allgarbled Also if you can shadow quietly and ask occasional questions - watching as someone works through harder tasks can teach a lot that’s hard to learn from studying.
