@mylordcod How would I find a teacher? I’ve tried a lot of therapy and was raised with lots of religious influences but never found anyone who I’d think of as a “teacher”
@mylordcod Also I’m not a big fan of the idea of sitting meditation, since I sit around on computers too much already… much better if I could combine it with garden work or trail maintenance or smthg
