Oh hah that was the nerdy answer, the real reasons are that most of my relatives are here, it’s a good job market for tech, I love my neighborhood and Arlington overall and am involved w local stuff, and it’s affordable enough for me to have a townhouse and a WV cabin 🫶
Yes! More people should grow them at home- they can yield so much vs the space and care required! And nothing tastes as good as new potatoes pulled straight from the ground, cooked w just a bit of (vegan) butter and parsley
