Sigh not really, though I took a year of Arabic and can still read / write the alphabet… would love to get back to learning it, but so many other priorities…
Idk, sometimes I take vitamins, particularly B12… and I try to eat protein rich foods like beans and nuts and tofu. It’s been a long time and I don’t have any physical health problems so I don’t worry about it much
