@rplevy Ime ppl tend to underrated how much of dev work is actually communication to know what’s desired from the product team / market, vs overrate how much work is pure codemonkey churning out code… AI tools make the code monkey part faster which means greater % is communication
@rplevy So given a pool of capital to invest in dev work I think more stays onshore than leaves as AI ramps up
