@geostultus i'm not sure... my fam has some experience- granddad built his own house but now in his 90s, mom works w custom builders on mcmansions and so knows a lot of subs...
@geostultus think i'd at least need a local architect to partner & help ensure the inspectors are happy etc, it's a kinda rich reg-heavy place
