in quaker discussion we were talking about a past meeting practice of sharing "concerns and joys" at the end of meeting, and that it was stopped after it became kinda a downer practice as ppl shared concerns but not joys (out of modesty? feeling weird abt the vibe contrast?)
I really like hearing people's joys and wonder how to make it easier to share positive experiences without it feeling like bragging or insensitive to ppl who are going through difficulties
