@felurian8 do you have a pulse oximeter? measures your blood oxygen levels... if that number starts dropping low that's when you're sick enough to go to the ER... ofc can / should get a dr appt anyway, but sometimes is nice to have a quantitative way to tell uncomfy vs dangerous
