I want something new and expensive but with old and low budget vibes
my favorite architecture is ancient places w careful renovations that show the old elements and student projects w industrial / found materials...
per GPT I want "Ethereal Industrial Biophilia: A sunrise-inspired haven marrying raw, industrial elements with delicate, natural textures. A celebration of imperfection, light, and life, embracing a timeless, magical serenity within a wild, tactile tableau."
