@BibimbapNom @chopstickfury01 @ellegist yep- my sister was hit by an undocumented dude w no insurance driving like a maniac and hit like 12 cars... dude had no assets to go after... probably got deported after serving time 🤷♀️
@BibimbapNom @chopstickfury01 @ellegist the tough part is how to make sure everyone has something to lose if they're found to be in the wrong... but also still has more to lose even after they lose due to the first infraction or you get recidivism
