I don't block much on Twitter, tried blocking easily on bluesky.... for me it felt aggro & negative to block ppl and I stopped enjoying / using bsky...
I do limit notifications to ppl I follow so I by default I ignore random other replies unless I bother to scroll through them (will see them if someone I follow likes or replies to them- which is nice for finding ppl to follow)
also I find blocks annoying from a GC admin perspective bec idk who has whom blocked but I just can't add someone who I want to add...
