@a_musingcat yeah, *their* taxes! I'm ok w requiring everyone to pay (tho should be simpler to calculate), but let the payers decide on the budget
@a_musingcat like, current incentives are wrong- I know quakers who intentionally live low-income lifestyle so they don't pay income taxes that would go towards DoD funding... in this alternative they would be incentivized to pay more taxes and direct the spending towards peace
