What does it mean for you to be "loyal to yourself" and ARE you loyal to yourself?
For me it means not putting myself into situations that give me uncomfy vibes, even if I can't find a logical justification for saying no. It means being loyal to my higher-self-image - someone who cares about justice and loyalty and truth. It means not feeling bad about taking care of myself first before handling obligations to others. imo it is important to have self-loyalty to stay one unified person vs splintering into self-recriminating parts.
