Imo it is quite problematic that the norms of social media Trust & Safety are actually liability-minimizing norms for bigtech cos... we need norms that promote healing and reintegration, norms that try to solve the holistic problem of unhappy human minds, online & offline, rather than norms that see speech as violence & deletion of speech as righting the wrong.
