@rob_mcstan ha I do on rare occasions... diagnosing & patching a prod performance issue or early commit of a new project where we're creating the vocabulary & project structure... I'm usually navigator lol, perhaps the person I'm helping wouldn't see it as formal "pairing" 🤷♀️
