@danielbrottman no, I bought it after the previous owner had logged it... not fully clear-cut, but quite messy and disturbed... it's close to Harpers Ferry and was settled in the 1800s as a homestead, has been logged repeatedly, but hasn't lost the wildness of hawks & black bears & pollinators through all the human activity... I'm happy that it's a messy resilient place where my own plans will only be the newest disruption
