@LastNPCAlex yeah i do know strong forces against this, and like the ppl im thinking of often have ummm idiosyncrasies... just kinda wondering what it would look like to let ppl harness their talents w more fluid collaboration... open source coding projects are cool but don't directly compensate for the work & am wondering abt wider array of projects... idk really, just an observation
