ppl who r fawning aren't safe to b around bec u can't trust them to tell u when they're being hurt or when they see u making an error u would want to b warned abt
in the past i've been quite conflict avoidant... *except* at work where i'd feel that i owed it to my employer/team/client to speak up n be stubborn if i didn't believe something would work
