living the neet life it has been interesting how ppl react to me saying "i'm doing nothing right now, just existing and following my curiosity to see what i want to do next" till recently i've always had a socially acceptable answer to "what do you do?" - "SWE and UX for boutique consulting company w clients in internet infrastructure and logistics" so i've been unaware of the importance other ppl place on the answer some ppl's reactions focus on income or security of a job; some ppl on "what do you do with yourself all day?" and boredom vs purpose; others seem to be trying to evaluate my status or intellect w the answer; some go straight into problem solving mode of suggesting jobs feeling these judgements from others, realizing i lowkey disagree - i fundamentally believe i am worthy, am enough even if i do nothing productive or impressive, so long as i am being kind and honest and emotionally courageous and paying my bills
