@catehall it's an iterated prisoners dilemma wrt value of your time vs value of other ppl's time waiting for the late person... i've found those who are always cheerfully early to meetings don't have better things to do with their time
@catehall so i judge individual contributors who are tit-for-tat late less harshly than the leaders who allow the culture to degenerate into habitual lateness
