had been feeling a bit bad / unsure about my judgement call to nix an impromptu 1 mi / 700 ft descent / climb hike w bf last week as too strenuous given everything including me not feeling well ... so did 65 flights on the stairmill this morning to check my judgement and hmm yeah it was easier than i'd thought ground-truth is important for making good decisions!
