@lumpenspace charitable reading would be "i'm judged as unlikable & aggressive (negative) when i'm in founder mode so i feel it's net negative and i don't do it" (and implied- if men seem to find it positive is it bec gender stereotypes -> women expected to be more agreeable etc)
