@HephaistosF i mean i've seen it w my sister's family since military moves a lot and are often stationed in places w pretty moderate housing prices but still many ppl prefer to rent rather than buy, and those that buy often end up renting their house to other military ppl
@HephaistosF if you want ppl to buy & sell whenever they move, then you should support reforms to reduce the transaction cost- FSBO websites w flat listing fee + minimizing transfer taxes + reforms to reduce the title insurance cost etc
