@jessald @GSVBemusementPk interesting.... my housing still costs ~$4K / yr in property taxes and then maintenance and insurance and utilities.... eliminating mortgage/rent doesn't get me to zero (tho tbh my expenses are dominated by restaurant meals and fiber arts supplies, def discretionary)
