I randomly happened into a Peter Nobes workshop w a bunch of Alexander teachers and he was so clearly superior that i haven't done any lessons since
@ESYudkowsky @nickcammarata @m_ashcroft @relic_radiation (since available local teachers are sooo inferior by comparison, i'm not sure i would have gotten the same effect from them...i did the Ashcroft course and it's consonant w Nobes but imo fundamentally more difficult to transmit via words than irl hands on teaching)
