@ESYudkowsky speaking as someone w bipolar 2, if it was me this would be an Episode and i should be counseled that i need to get sleep and stabilize my lifestyle before reassessing whatever (delusional) concerns i have- continuing to talk while not at full mental capacity wouldn't be helpful…
