Trump & ICE's treatment of Kilmar Abrego Garcia is reprehensible, i don't mention previous cases minimize but because i'm kinda pissed at the memory-holing of the Bush administration's civil rights violations enabling offshore torture and indefinite detention without due process.
and I think there's bipartisan complicity in each NDAA that continues to bar transfer of Guantanamo prisoners to US soil, keeping the place open under 12 years of Democratic presidents so it's still there for Trump's second term.
