@liron sorry, ive been reading wiener lately, i meant posiwid in the cybernetics sense of looking at feedback loops not "purpose" in the sense of intent. i do think the alienation-> frustration-> paying customers loop is a real feedback structure not a coincidence or side effect. tbh…
