Yeah I simply don’t trust other peoples blocklists. I mostly like it when you have to like mass nuke a whole community, where I’ll just chain block a few big accounts with exceptions for like people i follow or follow me. Has to be sufficiently far away from my part of twitter though.
yeah that's the thing, I've never needed mass-block on Twitter bec the algo just kinda put me near ppl w similar interests & views and no one from outside really has any reason to harass us?
but I could see someone deciding to build up a cult-like isolated subgroup where they police interactions outside the group and use a shared blocklist for shunning as punishment
