hmm. i wonder if it would be an improvement if you weren't just using a couple of metrics (whatever they use for reach) ranking based on couple of metrics then "limiting reach" -> seems heavyhanded/status-y New Player Experience that gently sorts you into a cluster based on 438578 features -> maybe
I mean, the problem is that any algorithm ppl figure it out and then start gaming it to pile on ppl they dislike and the signal is reduced bec a smaller coordinated group is maxing out the metrics on their targets
