@robertwiblin I don't think it needs to be literally within the same house (though if that works great), but cohousing communities work well for people committed to them... Reform suburban zoning laws so it's easier build smaller denser housing clusters with shared facilities and open space.

@robertwiblin Tbh the hard part is governance- creating consensus around rules, organizing shared responsibilities, enforcing penalties on slackers and disruptive people. With a small group it's informal but emotionally intense when things go wrong, with a larger group the comms overhead hurts
