@profpujz @piva_jonas @Tjdriii @bastard_brian Imo there's still something to be gained from understanding & optimizing the lifestyle factors along w the drugs... Imo I'd have been a lot better off starting w IPSRT rather than cocktail of drugs & useless rumination-promoting therapy
