I think it depends a lot on the details- treatment of the animals used, quantity consumed, etc…
Very low but I haven’t thought it through enough to have a number… but like, complete extinction means not even a single fertile couple left to repopulate… Imo a lot of disaster scenarios are bad but fall short of extinction
