what if intelligence is ability to accurately predict the future given past / present info & calculate which actions shift the future towards a preferred outcome... contextual intelligence means in simple worlds there's an upper bound- can't do better than perfect?
otoh thinking isn't free, has an energy cost... so "best" choice in a very chaotic world might be to chillax and not expend energy trying to predict the unpredictable..?
