@na_no_operation lol I mean I don't take them because yeah ugh the side effects, but I have a small amount of xanax from my psychiatrist to use when I'm upset and it seems to help - ppl assume I'm already on drugs and tell me to not take "more" - but actually I need it to get back to normal
