@entelechiada @bayeslord 🫶 thanks, it's accurate imo! not every community has healthy norms around conflict- either scared and repress dissent and over time variance narrows into groupthink & fear of calling out issues ... or turns into ugly disagreeable norm where being surly & negative is high status
