Has old dry-stacked rock walls half covered by grass & brambles.. mountainside above is undeveloped, home of black bears and hawks

Still doing research on the ownership but goes back before the civil war; the foundation is large stacked rocks, the chimney and lean-to wall are built out of rock + clay, with lime plaster finish- no cement. Is useable but not comfy right now, want to restore it
