Employer kinda underpays vs market but is also super flexible and supportive so it’s a fair trade… turning down performance anxiety makes everything else easier and I guess I tend to procrastinate and then use deadlines as stimulants to hyper focus and finish a lot quickly

Idk, sometimes I take vitamins, particularly B12… and I try to eat protein rich foods like beans and nuts and tofu. It’s been a long time and I don’t have any physical health problems so I don’t worry about it much
