Thus applying the estate tax valuation paradigm to everyone every year is infeasible, wealth tax would have to come up with a simpler method.

If someone is babbling, don't interrupt just keep w the eye contact and nodding and open posture. If there's a lull but emotions, reflect back what you're hearing as a question.
